September 2023: 'BSV AER' is a novel communication instrument that was introduced by Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited (BSV). The infrastructure provided by this mobile application is intended to facilitate the reporting of potential adverse events that may transpire as a result of utilizing BSV products. BSV AER maintains a direct integration with BSV's pharmacovigilance system, enabling electronic reporting of adverse events by company personnel, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and consumers from any location in India using smartphones or tablets. This service is provided at no cost to its users. The mobile application offers users a straightforward and highly convenient interface for uploading information regarding potential adverse events. This facilitates prompt reporting without the concern of losing critical details regarding the incident. As a result, the organization's scientific and medical staff will be better equipped to assess the reported incident and deliver timely updates to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumers regarding the proper handling of relevant adverse events.
