Hon Hai Technology company has announced that its subsidiary FIT Hon Teng Ltd. and Prettl SWH company hae reached an agreement for FIT Hon Teng Ltd. to entirely purchase the German auto parts supplier in a deal worth 186.6 million euros (or US$196.7 million).
