October 2023 - Proptech startup NoBroker, valued at over $1 billion, has launched CallZen, a new conversational artificial intelligence platform. This represents a new business line for the Bengaluru-based company, which has already expanded into areas like apartment management software, home services, and beauty. CallZen utilizes AI to help call center workers and supervisors extract valuable insights and conduct call auditing across Indian languages, regardless of context, whether it's calls, chats, or meetings.
