Nov 2023: The acquisition of Luminex Resources by Canada's Adventus Mining will create a combined business to advance an Ecuadorian copper-gold project. The combined business will concentrate on developing the El Domo-Curipamba project and combining a more extensive exploration portfolio in the nation with room to grow. The whole area of El Domo-Curipamba is greater than 135,000ha. The feasibility study, which focused on a shallow copper-gold deposit, is complete. The government of Ecuador is also in favor of the initiative. It is anticipated that a decision on project construction will be made in the first part of the following year.
