  November 2023: Mars Petcare's Science & Diagnostics division's Antech, a provider of comprehensive veterinary diagnostics services, has declared the inauguration of a new veterinary diagnostics laboratory in the United Kingdom. This increases the number of Antech labs in the UK. Antech, a reputable collaborator in the provision of veterinary diagnostics for over three decades, offers a comprehensive portfolio to the United Kingdom, including in-house diagnostics, advanced telemedicine services, cutting-edge rapid diagnostics, and comprehensive imaging and technology solutions. Antech's UK product portfolio will consist of the following: KeyScreen, the most advanced DNA-based gastrointestinal parasite screening solution in veterinary medicine; AIS RapidRead, the swiftest and most precise rapid imaging technology that permits diagnosis in less than ten minutes; and Nu.Q, an imminent breakthrough innovation that monitors and screens for canine cancer by analyzing nucleosomes.

  August 2023: Dômes Pharma declares the completion of the acquisition of Salt Lake City, Utah-based SentrX Animal Care, an American company. Ophthalmology products are designed and manufactured by SentrX using its proprietary BioHAnce technology. BioHAnce is a patented crosslinked Hyaluronic Acid technology that reduces the number of applications while enhancing and accelerating natural healing, hydration, and lubrication processes. The organization, which operates a 2,000 m2 manufacturing facility of its own, markets three products that have garnered significant traction in the United States, Europe, and particularly the United Kingdom, due to their efficacy and user-friendliness.  With the inauguration of its subsidiary in Boston occurring in less than a year, this acquisition solidifies Dômes Pharma's position in the veterinary ophthalmology market and represents a significant milestone in the company's North American expansion.
