October 2023- Soleolico, a leading energy company at the Palacio de la Magdalena in Santander, has announced the launch of the world's first wind turbine with photovoltaic panels attached to rotating blades that capture solar energy and wind to produce electricity 24/7. Soleolico phrases it as 'sails,' where its technology summarizes an original magnetic system to adjust the wind orientation of every wind turbine with solar panels to absorb energy at 360 degrees. The company states that the building of its wind turbine with solar panels includes over ten years of research and 30 prototypes, besides designs and patents that combine wind and solar generation and storage in a single unit. The energy corporation also features a kind of 3D-printed coating by LaMáquina with Pure. Tech technology can absorb and transform carbon emissions into purified, clean air. A Soleolico facility is deployed outside the Palacio de la Magdalena until October 9th for public viewing. Soleolico joins 3D printing technology into its wind turbine with solar panels to produce a surface that can remove greenhouse gases. In fact, the initial design exposed shows a wind turbine covered with a trunk- and bark-like white structure, which comes from the Pure.Tech technology of LaMáquina, a partner for the project. In a statement amassed by Soleolico, the energy business reveals that its 'sails' are affordable and operate without external electric stations. As it employs green energy from both solar and wind, its technology can guarantee consistent energy availability.
