This partnership, which is expected to be completed in Q1 2024, aims to establish a leading global defense technology entity focused on areas critical to the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC), such as space, counter-unmanned autonomous systems, electronic warfare, cyber, and artificial intelligence.
With a combined workforce of roughly 2,400 personnel in 11 states and an annual revenue of almost $1 billion, the merger is expected to strengthen BlueHalo's capabilities and broaden its product and solution offerings in the C-UAS market.
