The plant will produce a full livestock product portfolio of compound feed, concentrates, and base mix & dairy mineral mixes. De Heus India will set up the plant to produce quality animal feed and bring the best practices to help farmers increase their earnings.

The new plant, with a capacity of 240,000 tons, is dedicated to producing pangasius feed. De Heus has 90 production sites in over 20 countries covering poultry, pigs, ruminants, and aqua species. It has been ramping up its investment in the Vietnam market, as the country is likely to become one of the world's most important sources of aquatic proteins
