A UAE-based organization and a consortium of a Pakistani enterprise stated that Telecom Tower Infrastructure Company accepted the offer conditionally for selling over 10,500 telecom towers to conglomerate in Pakistan. This telecom outsourcing is likely to attract the foreign direct investments into Pakistan.
The mobile towers’ outsourcing by a top provider of mobile phone services will aid it augment tower management and cut down cost too. Simultaneously, the sale will allow it to lay emphasis on its chief business of offering augmented services and provide better products to the mobile phone users.
The parent of one amid the biggest telecom tower operator within Pakistan accepted the offer conditionally, subject to the signing of final agreements, every essential corporate approval and receipt of pertinent regulatory approval, made via their subsidiary TPL REIT Management Company Ltd in association with TASC Towers to acquire their subsidiary that owns & manages over 10,500 telecom towers within Pakistan. More than 10,500 telecom towers under Telecom Tower Infrastructure Company’s management belong to Jazz originally.
