    • September 2023: Revvity, Inc., headquartered in the United States, recently introduced three systems as part of its enhanced imaging portfolio, which is intended to foster innovation in preclinical research across a variety of applications. The aforementioned advancements consist of the IVIS Spectrum 2 and IVIS SpectrumCT 2 imaging systems, which represent a progression in the field of in vivo optical imaging by increasing both sensitivity and adaptability. Furthermore, the introduction of the Quantum GX3 microCT structural imaging solution has occurred. This innovation enhances the speed and resolution of ex vivo and in vivo imaging, thereby aiding scientists in the investigation of disease biology and the evaluation of potential therapeutics. These products are included in Revvity's premier preclinical imaging portfolio, which includes an extensive selection of reagents, software tools for data analysis, 2D and 3D optical imaging, microCT imaging, ultrasound platforms, and reagents.

    • April 2023: Mediso introduced spinScan®, an advanced-generation MRI spectrometer that serves as the successor to the nanoScan® MRI product line's previous console. Designed with MRI applications in mind, the new spectrometer features an expandable RF front-end with real-time dynamic shimming and extremely low noise. To provide a comprehensive MRI workflow, the spectrometer is integrated with three software applications developed by Mediso: the Sequence Development Platform, which grants unrestricted control over the reconstruction algorithms and pulse sequences; and the InterView™ FUSION and Nucline™, which are clinically validated and FDA-approved software packages utilized for routine acquisition planning, reconstruction, image post-processing, and evaluation. Built upon a technology that has undergone continuous development for over a decade, the spinScan® spectrometer is comprised of an FPGA SoC platform featuring a transceiver architecture that is exceptionally scalable and permits over 128 receiver channels, microsecond gradient resolution, and closed-loop control through high-speed optical interfaces.
