  Sep 2023: The Research & Development Engagement program, which offers grants to support creativity, ideas, and remedies in medical technology, STEM, and business research at selected Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), was launched by the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) in partnership with Medtronic plc, a global leader in healthcare technology. The funds, which are the most recent outcomes of a strategic engagement with TMCF to foster diversity in STEM education and career development, are entirely funded by Medtronic. Since 2020, Medtronic plc and TMCF have collaborated to create an annual internship scheme across the United States and a scholarship program funded by the Medtronic Foundation.   June 2023: One full year following the commercial release of Omnipod 5 in the United States, Insulet Corporation will publish enhanced real-world evidence (RWE) demonstrating enhanced results and optimization of care utilizing the automated insulin delivery system. The Omnipod DASH® Insulin Management System and Omnipod 5 are the topics of four oral presentations at the EASD event. It's an exciting moment for Podders in Europe, especially with the recent debuts of Omnipod 5 in the UK and Germany. The Company expects to introduce Omnipod 5 more widely across Europe beginning in 2024, with the Netherlands scheduled for the latter half of the year, building on the recent successful launches. Insulet will continue to give updates on upcoming European launches that are anticipated to take place in Italy, France, Sweden, and Denmark.
